PingRadar ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website monitoring platform available at pingradar.online (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Paddle (paddle.com), our merchant of record. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details. Paddle processes and stores payment information in accordance with PCI DSS requirements.

To provide and maintain the Service, including monitoring your configured endpoints
To send alerts and notifications you have configured (email, Telegram, Slack, Discord, webhooks)
To process payments and manage your subscription
To communicate with you about service updates, security alerts, and support

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

Service providers: Paddle (payments), Resend (transactional emails), and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service

Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
With your consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Monitoring check data is retained according to your plan tier (30 days for Free, up to 2 years for Business). When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure password hashing (bcrypt), and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. These are httpOnly cookies that cannot be accessed by client-side scripts. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
