Monitoring Data
- URLs, domains, and IP addresses you configure for monitoring
- Check results (response times, status codes, SSL certificate details, DNS records)
- Incident and alert history
Usage Data
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and features used
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Device type and operating system
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Paddle (paddle.com), our merchant of record. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details. Paddle processes and stores payment information in accordance with PCI DSS requirements.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service, including monitoring your configured endpoints
- To send alerts and notifications you have configured (email, Telegram, Slack, Discord, webhooks)
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To communicate with you about service updates, security alerts, and support
- To improve and optimize the Service
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:
- Service providers: Paddle (payments), Resend (transactional emails), and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
- With your consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Monitoring check data is retained according to your plan tier (30 days for Free, up to 2 years for Business). When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure password hashing (bcrypt), and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. These are httpOnly cookies that cannot be accessed by client-side scripts. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
